Purchased from Macy's over 20 years ago and only used for a couple of weeks and kept in storage ever since. In excellent condition. No damage to wood or finishes. The only "flaw" is some very slight sticky residue from the rubber pads I had applied to the bottom rims. Should be easy to remove or cover hot with new felt or rubber pads. Made of real wood ( birch, if I remember correctly ) finished in warm natural and clear satin polyethylene.
